AVANT LE FESTIVAL
Une fois mon billet acheté, je peux choisir de créer mon compte cashless et le créditer avant d’arriver sur le festival
• Pour créer mon compte, je renseigne sur le module présent dans la rubrique cashless du site (ci-dessus)
• Le numéro de code-barres de mon billet est nécessaire pour créer mon compte
• Si je crée mon compte cashless avant le festival, le montant crédité sur mon compte me sera remis sur mon bracelet/carte cashless au moment de l’évènement
PENDANT LE FESTIVAL
Où récupérer mon bracelet/carte cashless ?
• Si j’ai créé et rechargé mon compte avant de venir au festival, le bracelet ou la carte chargés me sera remis directement sur place
• Si je n’ai pas créé et rechargé mon compte avant de venir au festival, je peux me rendre à l’espace banque
L’activation de votre compte cashless est facturée 1€ (uniquement lors de votre premier rechargement)
IMPORTANT : si vous n’avez pas créé de compte en amont, NE JETEZ PAS VOTRE BRACELET OU VOTRE CARTE car elle vous servira à vous faire rembourser.
COMMENT ET Où UTILISER MON BRACELET/CARTE CASHLESS ?
• Le cashless est accepté sur tous les stands du festival
• Pour payer ma consommation, il me suffit de présenter mon bracelet/carte cashless au vendeur qui, par simple contact avec un terminal de paiement cashless, pourra effectuer le règlement
• Le montant total de ma commande me sera indiqué avant de payer
